2 Eligibility and Registration

Age Limit and Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Each deposit transaction will be reflected in your account once it is complete.
• Only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name are permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (25x) the bonus amount must be wagered.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• All conditions must be met before winnings earned with a bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Policy

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be accepted until the conditions of the first bonus are met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bgd11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgd11 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets in a deliberate manner to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward bgd11 staff.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform without reporting it.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
